Kelly Reisdorf is CEO of USA Shooting, based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The USA Shooting NGB develops and prepares athletes for Olympic competition in shotgun, rifle and pistol disciplines, and for Paralympic competition in rifle and pistol. The organization is also committed to nurturing the next generation of competitive marksman through our junior’s development program, preparing athletes for success on international stages. 

Prior to USA Shooting, Reisdorf spent nearly two decades in the hunting and shooting sports industry, as an executive focused on a mixture of technology and public affairs/advocacy roles. She has extensive experience with building and fixing P&L’s and working with brands and organizations of $1 million up to $3.1 billion. 

Reisdorf also serves on the board of the Council to Advance Hunting and Shooting Sports and the First Hunt Foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, an MBA in accounting, and is currently in a PhD Program studying foreign policy with a focus on information warfare in a post-truth era.
